Original art created from recycled material

Writing has been an evolving medium throughout my life.  My first challenges to read with dyslexia made me wary of the written word. My years in K-12 education with teachers that encouraged me and a few that wondered at my odd foibles did little to change my perception. It was my standard college Freshman Comp class that finally gave me confidence in my ability to communicate in writing. As a business skill, it served me well in years of marketing and consulting.  As an art, it has brought me joy as I have written stories to be told, plays, poetry, short stories, and a time travel novel.

Here are a few short stories for different ages to enjoy.

Myrtle the Turtle

Can a turtle and a troubador  recover the king’s crown from a pack of gremlins?

A reading adventure appropriate for children.

The Giant’s Wife

A original tale of Jack and the Beanstalk from a different point of view. Who is the real hero?

A thought-provoking tale for mature youth and adults.

Slight of Hand

Imagination asks the question: What if?     This alternate history explores the unthinkable political possibilities.

Fiction for adult readers.
